A proficient in Electrical and Electronics engineering technology, Graduated in Business Management Administration studies (BBA) having experience over 15 years in electronics and electrical marketing division of various engineering production industries and marketing institutions at Bangalore, possessing exposure in budgeting, invoicing, indenting, billing, supply chain management, GST return preparations and filing, managing video conferencing with vendors and clients. A customer centric approach executive, keen on excellent customer service and adapt to changes and an enthusiastic entrepreneur.
Dr. R. CHANDRA MOORTHY
B.SC, MBA, LL.B, PGDHRD, CAIIB-I, PH.D, MIMA
A senior management professional with over 40 years of experience in senior leadership roles with major educational institutes and a nationalized bank in India and abroad.
He is currently, associated with one of the premier Educational Institutions, Bangalore as Director (Business Studies) since 2015, presented & published over 15 research papers. Earlier held positions as Director at Rural Development Institute, Bidadi, Karnataka (Sponsor Canara Bank 1993-98) and Managing Director at Sericulture Co-operative Institution (Funded by Canara Bank 1989-1993), Kolar District, Karnataka.
In Banking sector he has exposed to Foreign Exchange (Forex), General Banking, Non Resident Indian operations (NRI), Asset Recovery Management-(Stressed Assets Management-ARM), Centralized Processing Cell (CPC) as in-charge of Bangalore Metro Branches consisting 177 bank branches, contributed to managing operations relating to Rural, Semi-urban and Urban branches involving Agricultural, Industrial & General Advances, Deposits portfolio, Co-operative finance and Agricultural Development Institutions.
He was a part of the Bank officers’ Trade Union movement and held various senior office bearer positions in ‘Bank Trade Unions’ as Vice President, General Secretary etc. at state and national level over 3 decades, also served as the organizing Secretary at INTUC-Indian National Trade Union Congress, Karnataka (2005-2010) and handledmore than 45 Industrial Disputes & Bank officers’ grievances across the country. Involved inthe process of national level wage revision & settlement negotiations for the bank Officer’s with the Government of India – (IBA -Indian Banks Association, Mumbai) and as one of the signatories for the wage settlements for two consecutiveterms (2005-2015).
He is an affiliate to various professional institutions namely;Indian Institute of Bankers-IIB, All India Management Association-AIMA, Institute of Scholars-InSc, Institute of National Human Resource Development-NHRD, Quality Circle Forum of India-QCFI and Indian Society of Training & Development-ISTD.
He has been invited as guest speaker to many of the educational institutions, organizations, seminars, academic programmes, social bodies and other forums.

She adopted by the business authority for ensuring the achievement of the specific goal of a business and organization.
